NEWS EDITORIAL – MARCH 2017

Hi everyone,

I am thrilled and honoured to welcome you all to APC monthly appointment with March 2017 APC News – my first one as a newly elected President.
In our “Headline item” we will start precisely from the elections at APC, introducing our new President, new Treasurer and Vice-President. We are also mentioning the extension of mandate for the President of the Parts Manufacturers Group

“Second news item” announces a good one directly from our website – which makeover is still in progress: the new design&build guide for stopping areas is online.

Sticking to the subject, APC Call for Tender “I Comuni del Turismo in Libertà” is back on “Third news item”, as the deadline of April 10th is approaching and Declarations of Intents must be submitted by this date.

This month “APC World” will deal with the workshop “Turismo in Libertà – Strumenti e Opportunità per la valorizzazione degli itinerari naturalistici in Sicilia”, taken place last February 3rd in province of Catania, also featuring Francesca Tonini, APC General Secretary, as one of the speakers.

In “Talking of …” we will tell you about the nice initiative by the Italian Police starring our favourite vehicle, namely the “Camper della Legalità” in the schools of Reggio Calabria, whose goal is to bring students closer to subjects like active citizenship and compliance with law and regulations.

To conclude, in the “Stopping area of the month” section, we raise to readers’ attention the motorhome area of Radicofani, in province of Siena, realized also thanks to the contribution of APC Call for Tender “I Comuni del Turismo in Libertà”.
