APC’s 2017 CALLS FOR TENDER DEADLINES & NEWS FROM THE QUAKE-HIT MUNICIPALITIES CATEGORY

APC is set to relaunch the Call for Tender entitled I Comuni del Turismo in Libertà. Italian municipalities will be able to present projects for new motorhome parking areas designed according to sustainable tourism development principles.
There will be an extra category in 2017, Comuni Terremotati dal Sisma 2016 – Centro Italia: all quake-hit municipalities can submit projects for a functional parking area which will at first be used by the Italian Civil Protection Unit .
A prize of 20,000 euros will be available for the usual four categories, and one of 30,000 euros for the special category for providing support to quake-hit municipalities.
We will also continue with the Call for Tender Ricettività del Turismo in Libertà to create private motorhome stopping areas.
The deadline for submission of entries is 31 May 2017.
