STOPPING AREA OF THE MONTH – RIOLO TERME (RA)

The new stopping area of Riolo Terme, a municipality in province of Ravenna – the awardee of APC Call for Tender “I Comuni del Turismo in Libertà” 2016 for the category “Renovation and implementation” – was inaugurated in July 2017.
The new motorhome area now looks better equipped, improved and functional. Set up in via Firenze car park, near Parco Fluviale, it is now equipped with newly installed hot showers and a bycicle washing corner, waste water system has been enlarged so as to facilitate the functioning of the sewage system, a specific mountain bike washing area has been added, and a coin-operated (ask the kiosc) EV charging point equipped with 4 power outlets has been installed as well; a few benches and a picnic table have been positioned, and the toilets, also for disabled, have been improved by providing showers and both hot and cold running water.
The stopping area is council-run, the pitches are positioned on level, paved surface; and it is located just after the Senio river bridge, 100 metres away from Terme di Riolo. Open yearly.
